The list of Instagrammable cafés around the world is long. You can sip Lucky Charms lattes beneath rose lined walls at Élan Café in London or savor 3D kittens and piglets who float atop your caffeine at Love to Go near Los Angeles. If your heart longs for one of the most romantic cafés on the planet, that title might have to go to Peonies in Paris.

It’s no secret that Paris is a jewel box in more ways then one. In Paris you can find everything from a petite boutique with the most exquisite wooden brushes for your hair to a splendid hotel that once upon a time was a boulangerie.

One of our all time favorite spots in the city of lights is a tiny vegetarian café and bespoke Parisian florist simply called Peonies.
In addition to Peonies, here’s a list of other neat little local spots we love across France.
The reason why we love Peonies so much is because no matter what time of year it is, you can always sip coffee in a field of flowers.

You’ve got to love a place where there are no reservations and laptops are not permitted on the weekends. Besides, why would you want you work to distract you on a Sunday if you’re in a spot that’s as easy on your eyes as it is on your stomach?

At Peonies flowers and plant life pop up everywhere, not just in vases, but upon beautifully plated dishes.

Peonies is perhaps just as well known for its fine delicate pastries as it is for its divine bouquets.
We get depresso over bad espresso. Curious about some of the other amazing coffee spots we’ve taste tested around the globe? Here are some of our favorite cafés around the world.
An impressive number of brands (including Comptoir des Cotonniers, Estée Lauder and Hermés Paris) rely on Peonies for their floral needs.

Owner Clémentine Lévy opened her lovely coffee shop and flower bar almost exactly two years ago in October 2016.

Behind the counter you’ll spy everything from whimsical tarts made with orange and pandan to lemon cake and gluten free soufflé cookies made with matcha.

Whether you decide to nosh on a milk chocolate chip cookie or swing by to scope out a ready made spray bouquet (bouquet tout prêt), Peonies is one place in Paris where you simply must stop and smell the flowers.

No idea yet – I’m currently working out in Indonesia, and trying to decide where to go for Christmas (if I can afford to go anywhere! 😂)
