The overly sugary slushies of your youth probably bring to mind warm summers and stained tongues. Thankfully the boozy adult slushies you’ll find at San Francisco’s Woodbury are a whole lot less sugary with just the right kick.

The Woodbury sweetens the deal even further by offering hours of happiness Monday through Friday from 4:30pm until 7:00pm and on game days before the first pitch is thrown. (This means that a piña colada slushie made with Damoiseau Rhum, caramelized pineapple and coconut replete with a glass you get to keep will cost you $4.00 less during the happiest of all hours.)

We gave Woodbury’s Grey Goose chipotle pear slushie a whirl and it had a bit of a bite to it. It also gave you a strange tingling sensation likely due to the chipotle Woodbury’s bartenders added to it.

Just like a slushie, Slurpee or an ICEE one cup was the peerfect amount. Two might be too much of a good thing.
